I’m a huge sandwich lover so this could work for any meal of the day and also could be done without the cheese for my non-dairy eaters! 😉
~1 nature’s own multigrain sandwich round
~handful of spinach
~ 2 strips nitrate-nitrite free bacon or turkey bacon (halved)
~ 2 eggwhites
~ 1/2 slice TJ’s low fat mozzarella cheese….
Bun>spinach>eggs>bacon>cheese>top bun !!!
