Green Protein Smoothie

~Handful of Spinach
~1 ripe banana
~1/2 an avocado
~4-5 Strawberries
~1 scoop whey protein powder
~1/2 cup almond milk
~1/4 cup cold water

How To:
Throw it all in a blender and Serve Chilled!
Note: You could also use ice in place of water and adjust liquids to your personal desired consistency!
