
Ingredients:
-15 oz cooked shrimp
-1 bag frozen peas (I use Trader joe’s petite peas)
-1 cup uncooked brown rice
-spices (garlic powder, black pepper, ginger powder, sea salt, cayenne pepper)
-3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
-6 Green Onions (Sliced)
-4 Egg whites (scrambled in pam & set aside)
-1 tablespoon EVOO

How To:
-Boil Rice and set aside
-In a wok or a large frying pan put in olive oil on high heat
-Add shrimp and green onions to heated oil and stir.
-Now you can add all your spices (garlic powder, ginger powder, pepper, salt to your own taste)
-Add the peas and cook for about 3 minutes
– Pour boiled rice and scrambled egg whites into the shrimp and veggies mixture
-Add your soy sauce and mix everything until it looks evenly spread
– Reduce heat to low and set a lid over the wok and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes
