Kung Pao Chicken- Clean Edition

You’ll Need:
-2 boneless-skinless chicken breast -cubed
-1 red bell pepper (I cut them into mid sized squares)
-1/2 a sweet onion-squared like bell peppers
-1 cup chopped broccoli florets
-1 teaspoon EVOO
-1/2 cup unsalted dry rosted peanuts
-2 tablespoons RS Soy Sauce
-1 teaspoon garlic salt
-Garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper- to taste

How To:
-Heat EVOO in a Wok/ frying pan
-Add chicken & spices, soy sauce…cook for about 8-10 minutes
-Add onions to chicken and cook for about 3 minutes
-Add red bell peppers, broccoli and peanuts
-sauté together for and additional 5-7 minutes
-When ready serve by itself or with a side of brown rice like I did!!!
-Enjoy!!!
