Protein Pizza!!!

Perfect for your post workout meal!!!
Let’s get started!!!

You’ll need:
-4 egg whites whisked with spices
-5 white mushrooms sliced
-3oz smoked turkey breast chopped
– 1 tbspn low fat mozzarella cheese
-handful fresh chopped spinach
-cooking spray
-black pepper, garlic powder, basil, cayenne pepper—>to taste

How To:
-Lightly spray a Teflon frying pan with cooking spray
-Turn heat on medium
-Pour whisked egg whites into the pan and top with mushrooms, turkey, spinach
-Cover with a lid for about 3-5 minutes or until the top looks cooked
-Sprinkle with cheese and add extra spices if you’d like.
-Slide right off the pan to your plate with a spatula
– I drizzled my Sriracha on top and presto! Buon Appetite!😁
