Spinach & Cheese Turkey Meatballs!


(4 servings)
-1lb lean ground turkey
-A handful of spinach (chopped)
-2 tbspn almond meal
-1 tbspn reduced fat grated Parmesan cheese
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp smoked paprika
– 1/2 a tsp oregano

How To:
1. Combine all your ingredients Ingredients in a bowl and mix and mold 12-16 meatballs.

2. Place a non stick frying pan over high heat and place your meatballs in to cook (no oil I didn’t forget :))

3. Turn meatballs over every 2-3 minutes until cooked thoroughly (approx. 8-12 minutes)

4. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce, throw it in between some bread or eat them for breakfast like I did ! ^_^
