-1 pack of wheat pizza dough (get mine from trader joes)
-2 egg whites
-1/4 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
-2 cups chopped spinach
-1 cup low fat mozzarella cheese (shredded)
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees
– spread dough out evenly with rolling pin or hand
-pinch ends to form a crust barrier to prevent eggs from running out of dough
-pre-bake crust for 5 minutes and bring out to place toppings
-spread spinach over pizza, followed by tomatoes, eggs & cheese.
-top off with a little garlic powder, oregano & black pepper.
-return to oven & bake for another 8-10 minutes till crust is golden brown.
