Brown sugar-mustard baked salmon


You’ll need:
-2lbs of fresh salmon (skinned and cut)
-3 tbspns grounded mustard
-3 tbspns of liquid aminos
-2 tbspns ginger powder
-2 tbspns brown sugar
-1 tspn smoked paprika
-2 tbspns dried parsley
-cooking spray

How to:
1. Combine all ingredients (except parsley) in a bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil paper and spray with cooking spray.

3. Place marinated salmon pieces on baking tray, top with dried parsley, and bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes

4. Salmon is ready to eat! Use in salads or serve with mashed sweet potatoes & a side of vegetable! ;p
