Coffee Banana Nut Protein Pancakes

You’ll need:
-3 egg whites
-1/4 cup almond meal
-3/4 cup coconut flour
-1 banana
-1/2 tspn baking powder (I was out so I used baking soda)
-1/4 cup almond milk or water
-1 scoop coffee flavor whey protein/ vanilla whey protein with 1/2 tspn instant coffee
Reduction:
-1Tbspn Agave Nectar
-1/2 cup frozen berries (I used strawberries & blueberries)

How To:
-Combine all ingredients except the reduction ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth & creamy
-spray non stick pan or girdle with cooking spray on low heat and make pancakes!!! Lol
-Ok seriously… Pour batter to your desired size/ circumference and watch for the top to bubble up… Then flip over…
-Repeat until all the batter is done!:)
-for reduction put the berries in a mug and microwave for a minute… Add agave nectar and stir… & Boom! Yummy Berry Sauce! Yay!!!!

***Pour Sauce over your pancakes and toss some sliced almonds on them if you just can’t get enough almonds like me! :p
