1 tbspn Almond meal
1 tbspn coconut flour
1 egg white
1/4 cup Almond milk
1/2 a banana (puréed or smashed)
1 tbspn honey or agave nectar
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 tspn pumpkin spice
A pinch of baking powder
Waldens farm zero calorie chocolate syrup
1. Combine all ingredients in a mug EXCEPT chocolate syrup & half of the almonds ( these are for garnish purposes)
2. Stir until a smooth cake like batter is in the mug (if it’s too thick you may add some more almond milk)
3. Place in the microwave for 3 minutes & flip warm cake over on a plate.
4 . Garnish as desired and enjoy your clean dessert;)
