You’ll need:
-5 oz can tuna chunks in water (drained)
-6 oz plain greek yogurt
-1 tbspn dried cranberries (finely chopped)
– 1 tbspoon chopped sweet onions
-1/2 cup chopped celery stalk
– 1 tbspn honey
-red pepper flakes, garlic powder, black pepper & sea salt (all to taste…easy on the salt)
How to:
-Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix away!
-You have your tuna sald!
*I stuffed a whole wheat pita bread with mine but you can have it with any bread/ cracker of your choice or even by itself! 🙂
